Trois American Riviera Home with Michael Kourosh and Loyal Client Troi a restate agent who just bought a house in the beautiful American Riviera in Santa Barbara. She remodeled her home in her own style and adding on some of Santa Barbara Design Center furniture to her living space.

The beautiful home had Spanish tile that was kept during the remodel but Troi chose an antique rug with a very rich color to bring the room together on top of the Spanish tile. Along with a Sectional sofa for company to enjoy especially around the holidays. Troi had transformed her home into an elegant living area.

Troi Has lived in Santa Barbara her whole life but had decided she wanted to experience something different and moved to Louisiana after a close friend had moved there as well. For Troi the hurricanes are what made her change her mind about living in Louisiana. Therefore, so she started thinking of places to move to.

For instance Seattle, New York, even Laguna Beach but in the back of her head she thought nothing better than Beautiful Santa Barbara. Where all her dreams came true like living in the Riviera. She enjoys waking up to the view and seeing the twinkling lights at night. Troi and her husband have had a great move and are extremely happy to be back in town.
