After graduating he moved to San Fransisco where he lived for many years. During the time Terry and his partner decided to move. Not knowing where to, they drove up and down the coast looking for the perfect location. Although they fell in love with many different places something kept drawing them back to Santa Barbara. They have lived in Santa Barbara since and have never regretted it.
What drew Terry to the world of real estate? Well, it was Terry’s partner who drew him into it and has found a passion for it since. With being a people person Terry found that he was better at it than he thought. The biggest purchase someone makes in their life is a home. It is also a very important decision one goes through. Therefore, it gives terry pleasure to help them achieve that goal of finding their dream home.
