History of Stonehenge
Stonehenge is a prehistoric monument on Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire , England. The Whole monument, now ruinous, is aligned towards the sunrise on the summer solstice . The stones are set within earthworks in the middle of the densest complex of Neolithic and Bronze Age monuments in England.
The site and its surroundings were added to UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites in 1986.

This magnificent textile is a piece of a Turkman or Uzbek bride dowry (19th century).
It contains different segments which friends and family of the bride used to make a panel each, and at the end all the panels together turned to this gorgeous bed cover.
It has a linen back with silk stitching on the top.
