Michelle Beamer, Santa Barbara City College interior design faculty has turned this overwhelming house to a practical and comfortable home. She mixes textures and tone on tone to design this cozy home.

 

She turned the pool/entertainment room into an extra bedroom that includes a separate entrance.

 

 

Taupes and grays are the prominent colors.
All rooms flow together with each one consisting of a special touch and surprise to make the room unique.

                                                             

She gave the house a fresh and modern but not edgy look.
