Aubree Mendez

I’m originally from Orange County, California and have been living in Santa Barbara for the past six years. I initially moved here seeking a career in Sports Medicine, but decided that wasn’t the route for me. Drawn to the design industry I enrolled into the interior design program at Santa Barbara City College and started an internship with Christina Rottman Designs. Here, I gained perspective on design was encouraged to be creative and express myself through design, while developing resourcefulness, patience and most of all persistence. Interior design has been such a positive experience in my life, I am still currently enrolled in the design program and pursuing a career as a certified Interior Designer.

I like creating a timeless space with a mixture of natural lighting, rich colors, nature inspired materials and organic elements with a sense of sophistication.
