Susan has kept it natural, interesting and non descriptive. She also believes in using color to shape the home and enhance its features.
Susan chose 3 Jute rugs throughout the house for its light color to accent the wood floor and give a natural yet elegant feel to the home.
Jute Rugs
Jute’s are natural and woven by hand. Jute rugs are a major export from the far east in the 18th century. Bangladesh currently exports nearly 2 million tonnes a year.
For the Living area Susan had a custom made Alberta sectional as an excellent blend of modern and classic flare. The base is modern and the color is contemporaneity which goes excellent with the exterior bringing the outside in. The chaise on it is also very known for guest to lay on and watch TV, its comfortable and fits a lot of people.
Susan adds that with staging everything is simplified, that is why there inst any art on the walls.
